1. Do you travel for shoots? What’s included or not included in travel-based packages?

A: Yes, we do! Our team is available for travel within Texas, across the U.S., and internationally. For destination projects, travel and accommodations are booked separately from the package rate. We’re happy to assist with location research, coordination, and timeline support to make the process seamless. Just let us know where you’re headed — we’ll take care of the visual storytelling.

3. Can you help with creative direction and styling, or do I need to bring my own vision?

A: Both work beautifully. Some clients come to us with a full vision — others come with a vibe. Either way, we offer creative direction and on-set styling as an add-on or full-service option. We’ll guide layout, set flow, posing, and styling to match your brand presence and story. You’ll never be left wondering what to do in front of the camera.

2. How far in advance should we book?

A: We recommend reaching out at least 2–4 weeks ahead for local shoots and 4–6 weeks for travel-based or seasonal content. This gives us time to prep moodboards, creative direction, and logistics. That said, if you’re working on a shorter timeline, feel free to inquire — if we have room, we’ll make it happen.

4. How and when do we receive our final content?

A: Final photo and video assets are delivered via a private online gallery within 7–14 business days, depending on the scope of your package. All files are provided in high-res and web-optimized formats, ready for publishing across your site, social, and marketing channels. Rush delivery is available upon request.

5. What if the weather is bad on the day of our shoot?

A: We always keep an eye on the forecast and build in flexibility where possible. If weather is a key part of the shoot and conditions don’t align, we’ll work with you to reschedule or creatively adapt. Some of our favorite moments have come from moody skies and unexpected shifts — we’re here to make it work either way.

6. Can you shoot both photo and video in the same session?

A: Absolutely. Many of our packages are designed to include both, and we often shoot stills and motion content side by side. We'll map out the flow beforehand to make sure your time is used efficiently and you walk away with a cohesive visual story across formats.

7. We’re not models or actors — will you help us feel comfortable in front of the camera?

A: You’re not alone — most of our clients say the same. Our job is to create an environment where you can be yourself. We’ll guide you through natural movement, relaxed posing, and thoughtful direction to capture what feels honest and aligned. No stiff smiles or awkward hands here.

8. Can you create custom packages if we don’t see exactly what we need?

A: Yes, and we welcome it. Every brand and story is different — if our core packages don’t quite match your vision or needs, we’re happy to build something tailored. Just reach out with a few details, and we’ll take it from there.
